The Space
We’ve designed our space the way we wished every clinic was built. Our rooms are professionally soundproofed (actually soundproofed, not “we put a white noise machine in the hallway” soundproofed), furnished in a calm and beautiful style, and designed with disability and sensory needs in mind – soft and natural lighting, wheelchair accessibility, and seating for diverse bodies.
Every room has been carefully furnished, and includes:
- A window with a garden view and natural light
- 2 seater couch and single armchair, suitable for diverse bodies
- Fully furnished with cushions, throws, electric blinds, soft curtains, art and plants
- Lamp and customisable smart lighting
- Electric sit-stand desk, ergonomic task chair, and monitor with webcam (just bring your laptop)

- Reception desk with access to a computer, Stripe terminal, printer and stationery

Who it suits?
Our rooms work well for psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, counsellors, social workers, dietitians, and other allied health clinicians — whether you work with kids, adults, couples or families.
If your clients are neurodivergent, queer, trans, or NDIS participants, you’ll find the space (and Reravel) especially well suited. We’re a queer and neurodivergent-affirming practice, and the clinic was designed around access and sensory needs. Your clients will feel it the moment they walk in.
To rent with us, you’ll need your own ABN, current registration with your professional body, and professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
How it works?
Option A: Your day, every week. Book a recurring half-day or full day — the same day each week. Ideal if you’re starting private work, adding a second location, or building your North Lakes caseload. Book more days as you grow. From $120/half day, discounts for multiple days.
Option B: Your own room. A dedicated, full-time room with a lockable door that’s entirely yours. Add your own touches and leave it set up exactly how you like it. From $650/week
Staying a while? Longer-term clinicians can add their signage to the clinic front, and store their resources in the space.
Try it first. Not sure yet? Start with a 4-week trial block on a set day. If it’s not the right fit, we only ask for 2 weeks notice.
Rent a room or grow with us
We’d love the right clinicians to grow with us.
Some allied health professionals rent a room and run their own thing entirely, and we’re happy to support you with creating a beautiful space for your business to succeed.
Others find that working alongside our team leads somewhere: shared referrals, peer consultation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and eventually joining Reravel properly.
There’s no pressure and no expectation either way. But if you share our values, renting a room here is a good way for us to get to know each other.

North Lakes is one of the fastest-growing areas north of Brisbane, with strong demand for allied health and long waitlists across most disciplines. We’re driving distance from the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay Region and Brisbane. We’re close to GPs, specialists and Westfield North Lakes, with easy access from the Bruce Highway and free parking at the door.
