Social Group Programs at North Lakes
Connection matters. We know from our lived experience that finding people who get it can be one of the hardest and most important parts of building a life that feels good.
Our social groups bring people together around shared interests in a space that’s structured enough to feel safe and relaxed enough to support genuine connection. Every group is run from our North Lakes office, and we design our programs to be genuinely inclusive of neurodivergent, queer and disabled participants.
These aren’t therapy sessions with a fun name. They’re interest-based, peer-connected programs where social experiences, confidence and connection happen naturally, through doing things people actually enjoy. We’re developing a range of group programs for young people and adults, with more on the way.

NDIS funding can be used to attend our groups.
Our first social group program is Wands & Warriors — peer-led Dungeons & Dragons sessions for teens. Through tabletop roleplaying, young people build communication, problem-solving, creativity and teamwork skills in a structured but low-pressure environment.
No prior D&D experience is needed. We proudly welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent young people and offer a supportive space for young people with disability to experience group connections.
