Reravel is a queer, neurodivergent and disability-affirming allied health practice in North Lakes, Queensland. We offer counselling, occupational therapy, relationships therapy and peer groups, in person and via telehealth across Australia.
Reravel has an experienced clinician-led leadership team, with Julie and Bri having owned and operated health practices since 2013. We’re a values-led practice, and we want to find other people who are also passionate about supporting our communities while maintaining their own work-life balance.

Supervision and support from the people who own the practice. You’ll have regular 1:1 support and clinical supervision with Bri, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, counsellor and relationships therapist, or Julie, Occupational Therapist and Practice Manager.

We’re not obsessed with ‘growth’. We are obsessed with quality and we know that means caring for experienced, high quality people. We’ll talk with you about your life and commitments, and set up with you a predictable schedule with agreed clinical blocks and break times, and no expectation to take work home. Our admin team handles all scheduling, intake and billing to protect your energy.
Current opportunities
Senior Allied Health Practice Administrator
Permanent part-time, 4–8 hours per week (depending on the person). Based in North Lakes, some work-from-home can be negotiated.
This is the role that keeps the practice running well: bookings and calendar management, NDIS and Medicare admin, invoicing, and most importantly being the first point of contact for our clients who we care about and want to look after.
We’re after someone experienced in allied health admin for this role.
Mental Health Clinicians
Permanent part-time and contract roles available. North Lakes clinic, some telehealth available.
We’re looking for counsellors to work with our communities — people at the intersections of disability, queerness, neurodiversity, chronic illness and complex trauma. We’re open to a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Psychologist, Counsellor (Bachelor or Masters qualified), or an experienced social worker (5+ years) working towards AMHSW accreditation.
